Pay scale

Grade G (SCP 21 – 25) - £30,825 - £33,945 (pro rata to hours worked)  

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will: 

  • Have experience of working with pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Be awarded Higher Level Teaching Assistant status
  • Be trained in relevant teaching and learning strategies for Key Stage 2
  • Have experience of preparing resources and delivering high quality and age-related lessons to children aged 7 to 11
  • Have experience of developing and implementing Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans within the classroom environment
  • Have experience of working with pupils with different abilities and adapting learning to meet the needs of all pupils in a class
