- A proven track record of delivering high quality interventions
- Qualified HLTA (pre 2014) or to satisfy 1:13 EYFS ratio Early_years_qualifications_achieved_in_United_Kingdom_check_list.xlsm (live.com)
- Able to plan independently and adapt planning and teaching to meet the needs of pupils
- Able to cover classes for staff absences, PPA and managerial time

Commitment to safeguarding
