Lansbury Lawrence Primary School is a successful mainstream school that serves a diverse community in the heart of East London. The school is looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly, dedicated and hard-working team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a High-Level Teaching Assistant with passion and enthusiasm who is seeking a proactive role to provide an exceptional level of support to both staff and pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

• Meets our minimum requirements covered in our person specification.

• Is an effective communicator with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

• Has a positive attitude and able to work flexibly and effectively on your own and as part of a team.

• Has excellent planning and organisational skills and can confidently provide whole class supervision.

• Is prepared to be a Cover Supervisor in classes during short-term absences of teachers, both planned and unplanned.
