Salary: NJC 12 - 18 £26,421 - £29,269 Actual Salary: £23,461.69 - £25,990.69 + AET Wellbeing Cash Plan + Car Scheme + Pension Scheme (LGPS) + Additional AET Benefits
Hours: 37 hours per week 39 weeks per year

Beacon Academy is situated in Loughborough, with approximately 395 children on roll including a Moderate Learning Difficulty (MLD) resource unit and a Nursery. Staff and families work enthusiastically with the new leadership, which has vision, integrity and rigour. Beacon has vast potential and a commitment to rapid improvement. This position will be an advantageous role with the potential to make a significant and sustained impact on our school and the community in which it sits.
We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupil learning in the classroom. We are looking for somebody with commitment, energy, and drive to join our team and work closely with staff to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils. We are particularly keen to hear from staff who have knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
We expect the successful candidate to:
