Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

Farnborough Primary School are recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work under the guidance/instruction of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the class teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. You will need to be caring, hardworking, willing to undergo training and most of all, enjoy working with children. You will be required to provide PPA cover and carry out interventions so previous experience of working as an HLTA and leading a class is essential.
