As a Key Stage 2 Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Ferrars Junior, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and motivated group of pupils, using your skills and creativity to support and deliver a high-quality curriculum that challenges and inspires

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of educators who share your commitment to excellence and are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the learning of individuals or groups of pupils, using support strategies, delivering engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the individual needs of your pupils, assessing progress and providing feedback, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and caregivers.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to hold a relevant teaching and learning qualifications and have experience working in a Key Stage 2 setting, in both the upper and the lower part of the key stage. We are looking for a good communicator, someone who engages with children, parents, and colleagues with ease, and possesses a creative and innovative approach to teaching.
