What skills and experience we're looking for
32.5 Hours a week - Term time only plus 5 x staff training days
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified professional as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support the learning and teaching of students across the academy.
The successful candidate will support the work of teaching staff to plan and organise learning activities for targeted students, mainly through 1 to 1 and small group intervention.
Experience of working with young people in a similar role would be an advantage. You will possess strong numeracy and literacy skills along with good organisational, ICT, and communication skills.
