What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant infant school team. In this role, you will support and enhance the learning experience of young children, delivering high-quality lessons and working closely with teachers to plan and implement the curriculum.
• Leading small group or whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher.
• Supporting the development of individual learning plans for pupils with diverse needs.
• Assisting with classroom management and creating an engaging learning environment.
• Contributing to assessments and progress evaluations.
• Covering PPA (Planning, Preparing and Assessment) Time across EYFS and Key Stage 1.
