About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Cromwell Community College to join our Bridge provision! As a HLTA, you will complement the work of teachers by taking responsibility for the development and delivery of agreed learning activities for students, ensuring they receive the pastoral and academic support they need to thrive.
You will play a key role within our alternative provision- supporting the implementation and review of pupils’ individual development plans, promoting a positive, productive learning environment and providing cover supervision of classes, as required.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have experience planning, preparing and delivering learning activities to young people
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively
- Be an approachable and engaging practitioner
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
