What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work with pupils in Year 5-8.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a qualified HLTA.
  • Have an understanding of inclusion and making the curriculum accessible to all learners.
  • Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
  • Be confident taking small intervention groups and covering a class.
  • Be organised, patient and resilient.
  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and needs.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
