We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated individual to join our dedicated team in a rewarding support role. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape young lives and work closely with students who have SEND needs or Education, Health and Care Plans. The role is based primarily within the school's on-site appropriate provision. The role will be working 32.33 hours a week, term time only plus training days.
You’ll be an essential part of the school community – inspiring and supporting students, working collaboratively with staff, and delivering high-impact learning interventions both in groups and one-on-one.

- Experience working with young people especially those with complex and challenging behaviours.
- Be confident delivering a range of interventions.
- Strong understanding on young people’s development and learning processes.
- Demonstrate resilience and effective behaviour management strategies.
- Possesses good IT, numeracy and literacy skills.
- Works positively and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Hold HLTA qualification or be willing to work towards gaining one
