Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) job summary
We wish to appoint 2 enthusiastic and dedicated HLTAs to work across the school delivering tutoring 1:1 or to small groups of pupils and covering whole classes where needed. Some further training may need to be completed in order to qualify for delivering tutoring following national tutoring guidelines. This can be completed in school if necessary.
We are looking to appoint someone who is keen to work as part of a team and willing to inspire and motivate pupils and has a good understanding of school improvement.
