We seek to appoint a HLTA to join the expansion of our fantastic SEND team at Neale-Wade Academy.
Our aim is to become “The school of choice.” Our vision is to provide ALL with the opportunity to succeed, to breed confidence and thus pride in our community. We wish to build more capacity to improve our school by appointing staff who have what it takes to deliver our vision.
This is a full-time post and is to support the students identified with a special educational need.
The support will be provided in our nurture groups, mainstream lessons and with small group interventions around basic literacy and numeracy to ensure that the wider curriculum can be accessed. It is our belief that all students have the opportunity to make progress and that they access the full range of mainstream lessons.
We work closely with the other departments in the Trust, sharing resources and supporting each other with any training requirements. Neale Wade prides itself on the professional development available to staff.
