What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive team.St Francis is a successful school with a strong reputation within its community. This is an opportunity to join a strong staff team and work in a superb environment with enthusiastic and engaging pupils. The successful candidate will predominantly be covering classes by delivering lessons planned and set by the class teacher, with some additional group and 1:1 intervention delivery to promote pupil progress. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified HLTA or an ECT who has not yet secured a post.
