We are excited to be developing a new Inclusion Team as part of our growing school.
Tudor Grange Primary Academy - Meon Vale sits in the heart of a new housing development at Meon Vale.
We are looking to appoint two highly competent and enthusiastic individuals who are team players, to join our Inclusion team, supporting children and teachers with quality first teaching. This role requires a minimum L4 / HLTA qualification. You will have proven experience of working in a primary setting and a good understanding of how our pupils are supported effectively to make the best progress from their starting points.
The successful candidates will be required to support teaching staff in the delivery of a quality curriculum in line with the vision and ethos of the school. The role will require the successful candidate to be:
- knowledgeable about the EYFS and KS1/2 Stage curriculum and assessment practices
- have a good understanding of how interactions with pupils supports their learning and progress
- capable of adapting activities, taking account of the interests of the pupil
- excellent users of the English language both orally and in writing
- committed to our children’s progress and success
- passionate about supporting pupils who have additional needs, through a nurturing approach that enables the pupils to gain a real sense of belonging and develop their independence overtime
- highly professional and be able to demonstrate their integrity
- enthusiastic and hardworking, and flexible in their approach
- autonomous in their work, following all Academy policies, specifically in relation to safeguarding, child protection and confidentiality.
