Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HTLA) job summary

We are looking to appoint an outstanding HLTA to join our highly committed and supportive staff team. This part-time opportunity, working two days each week, starts after October 2025 half term.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible candidate with experience of delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher in Early Years through to Key Stage 2, to join our committed and supportive team. The successful candidate will be a team player, with warmth, care and patience, who will inspire our children in their educational, physical, social and spiritual development.
