• Working pattern: Full time: You will be appointed on Grade 7, working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
• Contract type: Permanent
• Full-time equivalent salary: Your actual salary will be £22,309 - £24,449 per annum

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful HLTA will be expected to cover and lead class teaching across the school when appropriate, directing the work, where relevant, of other adults in supporting learning. They will undertake any other relevant duties given by the class teacher and school leaders and will contribute to effective assessment and planning by supporting the monitoring, recording and reporting of pupil performance and progress as appropriate to the level of the role.
