The Governors are looking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Level 4) to work with our SEND students.

The post holder will support with the day to day running of The Learning Support Department, providing intervention to students with their literacy confidence.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be confident to liaise with the Head of Learning Support, the Head of Student Services, class teachers, parents and a range of external agencies. The successful candidate must also hold a HLTA Level 4 qualification or above (or equivalent). You should be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively as part of a team and have excellent classroom skills.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects staff and volunteers to share this commitment. You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure and a range of other recruitment checks.
