Are you ready to make a significant impact as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant at a rapidly expanding academy?

Your role:

Join Queen Katharine Academy as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Nurture) and support our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities team. You'll plan and deliver interventions for our Nurture Group and teach Maths and Science lessons. Your role includes assessing progress, providing feedback, and contributing to extra-curricular activities. You will also work creatively with students who have complex SEN. You may also be required to support students in providing personal and intimate care as some of our students need assistance with everyday activities.

You are a proactive team player with a Level 4 HLTA qualification, GCSEs in Maths and English, and the ability to build supportive relationships with students. Flexibility and experience with primary and/or secondary school-aged students are advantageous.
