Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

Are you an empathetic, patient, and resilient individual passionate about helping students reach their full potential? We are actively searching for a dedicated High Level teaching Assistant to join our team. If you have experience working with students, are committed to breaking down barriers to learning, and have a strong desire to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you. Our children would welcome a teaching assistant who will nurture their potential, encourage aspiration and maximise their enthusiasm and willingness to learn. 

 Your duties will include contributing towards learning plans, providing verbal and written feedback, managing behaviour, promoting inclusion, and creating reports. The ideal HLTA will have previous teaching assistant experience and be able to demonstrate they meet the HLTA professional standards.
