Further details about the role
HTLA role will include:
- Covering classes across the school, for known absence and professional development.
- Flexibility to cover sickness absence.
- Delivering lessons planned by teachers.
- Giving feedback to teachers and other staff.
- Planning and delivering interventions to support key pupils or groups of pupils, across the school.
- Attend teacher CPD meetings.
- Manage behaviour in an effective and positive manager.
