Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

The Governors are currently looking for an experiences Higher Level Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with and supporting pupils across the primary phase.

This full-time role involves a flexible timetable, including covering classes to release teachers for PPA, meetings or short-term illness, as well as supporting pupils and class teachers in their learning.

The permanent post will start in January 2026. The hours will be from 8.30am until 3.15pm with a lunch break.

Salary is dependent upon skills, qualifications and experience. H5 (Scale Point 9-14) £27,254 to 29,540 pro-rata.
