We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to support the effective implementation of SEN provision across the school and make a positive difference to our learners’ lives. The role will involve assessing learners’ abilities, strengths and difficulties to support the identification of SEN and Exam Access Arrangements; delivering intervention to small groups and individual learners; and providing administrative support for SEN processes.

The successful candidate will:
- hold a degree qualification - be passionate about inspiring and supporting secondary age students who experience a range of difficulties
