Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Sports Coach role
32.5 hours per week
8.00am – 3.30pm (1 hour for lunch unpaid)
39weeks per year – attend all inset days
Grade G8(£24,702 FTE, this will be £18,571.40 per annum)
There is the possibility of running holiday clubs or sessions.
We are seeking a highly motivated person with a passion for PE to join our school. This is a unique opportunity where you can deliver exciting, innovative PE across the school and provide bespoke before school sports clubs to engage children in sport.
The role will include covering PPA across the school where you will be expected to plan and deliver a sequence of lessons based on our curriculum. Where necessary when PPA cover is not required be willing to cover classes either as their additional PE session or covering using the teachers planning. You will also be responsible for coordinating sporting events and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed so the event runs smooth and is accessible to all.
