Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary
We are seeking someone who has:
• HLTA Qualification
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Appropriate classroom experience across all year groups
• An approachable manner and excellent communication skills
• An understanding of different pupil needs and how to meet them
• The ability to create engaging and fun learning environments which stimulate curiosity, creativity and independence
