We are excited to be in the position to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our St Michael’s team, initially in Upper Key Stage Two. We are seeking an outstanding HLTA to work in our caring and forward-looking school, who:
- Is an inspiring and talented practitioner, passionate about standards and determined to make a genuine difference
- Engages effectively with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Can plan lessons and manage resources efficiently
- Has the flexibility to adjust to the changing situations in a classroom
- Is excited and motivated by new challenges
- Has the dexterity to support pupils with a range of abilities and needs, demonstrating an understanding of inclusive practices
- Is excited to work as part of a highly effective, staff team.
