What skills and experience we're looking for

HLTA – full or part time available

Up to 31.5 hours per week, term time only

Grade 4 – (£23,620 - £25,409) per annum, pro rata; (Actual salary range £16,793 - £18,064) for 31.5 hpw

Required January 2023 onwards

We are looking to appoint HLTAs to join our team of dedicated support staff. Supporting teachers in the classroom and also working with pupils 1:2:1 or in small groups. If you are interested in ensuring that all pupils achieve their very best then this may be the job for you. We are looking for both full and part time colleagues, if you can work a minimum of one day per term time week (8:30am – 3:15pm) we would be happy to hear from you all the way up to 5 days per week term time only

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who is looking to build a career in the education sector, working directly with pupils. We are looking for someone with a passion for education, ambition and the ability to work with a strong team of teaching and support staff and who can also engage young people in a creative and supportive way. Role Requirements:

  • An ability to work in the classroom supporting teachers with school pupils and to be a positive role model
