What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Tor Bridge High School. As a key member of our Adaptive Provision leadership team, you will play a vital role in leading ourinterventions provision, supporting students to overcome barriers and thrive both academically and personally. You will have the opportunity to shape provisions, work closely with colleagues, and positively impact outcomes for some of our most vulnerable learners.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, resilient, and highly professional, with the drive to go above and beyond for students.
The successful candidate will be a strong role model, able to build positiverelationships, maintain high expectations, and champion inclusive practiceacross the school.

Our school is a well-established secondary school and sixth form, which caters for up to 1,200 pupils and has been oversubscribed for the past 7 years.
