What skills and experience we're looking for
Essential:
Relevant NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification - or - three years full-time / five years part-time experience as a Senior or learning area Teaching Assistant.
Experience of working with children of relevant age.
Experience of working in a classroom setting.
Working knowledge of national/foundation stage curriculum and other relevant learning programmes/strategies.
Good understanding of child development and learning processes Understanding of statutory frameworks related to teaching.
