We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in advancing pupils' learning in various classroom settings. your impact will be felt throughout the school. You will have the opportunity to cover PPA time, provide course cover, offer teacher release time, and assist during short-term absences. Collaborating closely with class teachers, your responsibilities will include planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet students' diverse needs. You will be the driving force behind creating a stimulating learning environment, ensuring that every student receives the support they require to thrive academically and personally.
In addition to delivering lessons, you will be actively involved in monitoring students' progress, assessing their achievements, and keeping detailed records of their development. Your insights and reports will provide valuable feedback to teachers and parents, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding each student's educational journey.
