What skills and experience we're looking for

All applicants must be supportive of the Christian ethos of the school.

You will need to be:

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills including spoken English
  • Able to inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their academic potential
  • Be caring and supportive of the various needs of our pupils
  • Work in collaboration with others including under the direction of the SENDCo and class teacher

Ideally, candidates would hold the Level Four Certificate for Higher Level Teaching Assistants. Successful applicants who do not would need to be prepared to undertake this qualification.
