- Scale SO1, spinal point 23 – 25 plus Outer London Weighting (£34,251 - £36,945 pro rata) circa £30,215 – £31,864 (inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Further details about the role
We are looking to appoint an HLTA with good literacy, numeracy and communication skills as well as someone who shows initiative and flexibility, and is able to relate to students from 11 to 18 years of age. We are particularly keen to hear from someone who holds HLTA status and has experience of working with people who have medical needs. A Higher Level Teaching Assistant specializing in coordinating support and advocating for students with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP) and medical or physical impairments.
