What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:
- Use their experience and skills to provide higher level assistance in the support and inclusion of students within the Dovecote Resource Provision
- Teach individuals, groups and classes alongside teaching staff within the provision and provide cover as the need arises in mainstream school
- Communicate confidently and work calmly under pressure
You will be:
- A highly motivated and hard-working individual
- A team-player who can develop positive working relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Someone who will support the Trust’s Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
