Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary
- Hours of work: 30.25 hrs per week
- Weeks worked: 40 weeks (38 term weeks + 2 non-term weeks (inc Inset))
- Salary pro rata - min weeks paid 45.797 weeks per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school and provide targeted intervention to help students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons and supervise classes when required.
- Support students with their learning, including small group and one-to-one interventions.
- Assist in planning and preparing resources to enhance learning.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to raise achievement.
Requirements:
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
