Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking to appoint a talented and committed individual to join our Learning Support Department here at Wyvern Academy. The role of the Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be to provide support in addressing the needs of pupils who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning. You will also be responsible for supervising the work and providing appropriate guidance and support to a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate should be supportive of the ethos and values of the school and have the ability to encourage and motivate our students. We are looking for someone with a sense of humour, who understands the importance of developing a positive culture in our organisation and has high expectations of their pupils.
