We believe in 'growing great teachers' and have a two year training programme in place for ECTs.
A bespoke in house CPD programme for all staff which, this year, is held on Thursday afternoons (the school closes early) and covers areas such as (and this is by no means exhaustive) Teacher Toolkit sessions, Leadership Pathways, Departmental Development Time, T&L Groups, IT Development and SEN Strategy.

We have invested heavily in our school with new Maths and English blocks added in the last 4 years and, this year have added 2 new Science Classrooms to further enhance our school.
