What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governing Body at All Saints Academy is seeking to appoint a well-motivated, enthusiastic HLTA. Applications are welcome from both experienced candidates as well as those seeking to start their career as a HLTA.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of working in a primary school setting
- Has excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Has a good understanding of child development and learning processes
- Has the ability to relate well to children and adults
