What skills and experience we're looking for
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and conscientious practitioner to develop or embed their skills and knowledge in working with students in a supportive DfE lead behaviour hub school.
The successful applicant will plan and deliver Alternative Learning opportunities for identified individuals, using data to identify and support students with additional needs, including students identified as having SEND (EHCP and SEN K), pastoral or Social, emotional and mental health needs.
