What skills and experience we're looking for
Greenfields Academy is a specialist school for pupils aged 5-16 with complex SEMH needs (Social, Emotional, Mental Health). As part of a family of schools within CIT,Greenfields can draw on the expertise across the Trust and central team to provide the highest levels of education and care for our pupils.
- Our intent is to support pupils and their families to gradually overcome the barriers to education they have encountered and enable confident access to future opportunities; however and whenever they arise. - We value academic and pastoral progress equally and pupils access a diverse range of interventions to support their additional needs.
- Highly trained adults and experienced school leaders support pupils through an embedded behaviour curriculum, which is founded in the principle thatpositive behaviouris learned
