We are looking to strengthen the KS3 support team and want to appoint a resilient and ambitious HLTA/Coach Mentor to join our fun and lively team. You will be based at our main site supporting our KS3 students, this is a challenging but very rewarding role supporting some of the most vulnerable pupils in Reading. The ability to make education exciting and build strong relationships is essential.
