HLTA/Cover Supervisor – September 2025

Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 3.45pm (Term-time only)

Salary Grade F - £31,067 - £35,235 pro rata - (actual salary £24,847 - £28,180)

The HLTA/Cover Supervisor will:

  • Hold a HLTA qualification or equivalent
  • Have experience supporting children within an educational environment
  • Provide cover supervision on a scheduled and unscheduled basis
  • Provide specialist support to SEND pupils
  • Work with individual and small groups of children to support their educational needs
  • Undertake other duties as stated in the job description
  • Be able to deliver specialised lessons, e.g. art, music, DT, if required
