What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic HLTA for a fixed term contact until 31/12/2023. This will be on full-time, work term-time plus inset days.
You will complement the work of teachers by taking responsibility for developing and delivering agreed learning activities under an appropriate system of supervision. Also Establish effective relationships with designated students both 1:1 and in groups, utilising specialist and developed skills and techniques to ensure they make progress in line with their objectives and achieve their potential. You will have an ability to work collaboratively as we are a strong team.
