HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) job summary

The role is 32.5 hours per week Mon - Fri 8.30am - 3.30pm, term time only.

The successful candidate will:

  • Care deeply and strive to understand each child that they work with.
  • Motivate and inspire children with high expectations.
  • Be responsible for the implementation of learning for individuals and groups of children.
  • Manage and prepare tasks and resources across the curriculum.
  • Be an ambitious and resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children.
  • Be committed to maintaining and developing the Christian character of school.
