HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) job summary
The role is 32.5 hours per week Mon - Fri 8.30am - 3.30pm, term time only.
The successful candidate will:
- Care deeply and strive to understand each child that they work with.
- Motivate and inspire children with high expectations.
- Be responsible for the implementation of learning for individuals and groups of children.
- Manage and prepare tasks and resources across the curriculum.
- Be an ambitious and resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills.

- Be committed to maintaining and developing the Christian character of school.
