We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.
This is an exciting opportunity to support Crestwood School's new SEND Resource Base. You will have a pivotal role in shaping the team and learning environment ahead of welcoming our first pupils later this academic year.
Our recent Ofsted report commented that 'The provision for pupils with SEND is a particular strength'. We are building on our already excellent provision by working with Dudley Local Authority to open a new Resource Base for pupils with SEND.
The successful candidate will possess the expertise to inspire and engage students, and will be determined to get the best from our diverse cohort of students, ensuring they make their very best progress. This will be achieved through support, planning and delivering engaging lessons, which will inspire our learners to succeed with the opportunity to teach across KS3 and KS4.

The Crestwood School is a secondary school for children between the ages of 11 and 16. It is a coeducational establishment which was converted to academy status in March 2015. It is based in the town of Kingswinford, West Midlands, in Dudley. At present, the Crestwood School has around 645 students being educated at the establishment.
