What skills and experience we're looking for

- have NVQ 4 or alternative HLTA level qualifications
- have excellent classroom management skills and high expectations of children’s behaviour
- be flexible and adaptable and able to think on their feet
- be creative, dynamic and a positive team member
- be able to utilise advanced skills and curriculum knowledge to prepare high quality teaching sessions across the primary age range.
- have high expectations and understanding of raising achievement
- demonstrate commitment and collaborative working with colleagues in order to maximise children’s learning
- be competent in the use of ICT
- be committed to their own professional development
