Duties and Responsibilities
The Governors are seeking to appoint a HLTA
to support the learning in the Integrated Resource at our school. We are
looking for someone who is caring, committed, hardworking, enthusiastic and
able to work as part of a team. We are a large unit, and the role would involve
working with different members of staff throughout the day. We would like
someone who is able to use their initiative, build positive relationships, and
have good behaviour management skills.
The successful candidate will be expected to
lead groups of children, manage interventions and also support in raising the
children’s attainment and meet EHCP outcomes. The successful candidate will
