What skills and experience we're looking for

KEY DUTIES

1. To be responsible for writing and reviewing students on SEND My Plans, and communicating with parents/carers.

2. Deliver targeted interventions that support the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of students.

3. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the PAL team and PAL base.

4. Support key students in their personal and academic organisation.

5. To carry out any other relevant tasks as directed by the Principal or SENCO.
