HLTA (London Outreach) job summary

Ormiston Latimer Academy is seeking a proactive and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) specializing in Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) to support the educational and emotional development of students with SEMH needs. This role is vital for implementing strategies that promote positive behaviour, support emotional well-being, and enhance learning outcomes across various settings within the school.
