HLTA (London Outreach) job summary

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) specialising in Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) to support the educational and emotional development of students with SEMH needs. This role is vital for implementing strategies that promote positive behaviour, support emotional wellbeing and enhance learning outcomes across various settings within the school. This post is peripatetic and involved working in primary schools across the borough.
