HLTA/Qualified Teacher job summary

We are looking for a highly skilled HLTA or Qualified Teacher (must have qualified in September 2019 or before) to provide a teacher release service.  Must be available for a September start.

The ideal candidate must be able to: 
- release teachers across all primary phase classes; step in at short notice when teachers are absent
- generate high levels of respect and impart authority naturally         
- maintain the highest of standards and expectations with regard to pupil work ethic and learning behaviours
- work closely and harmoniously with all other staff members
- plan and deliver best practice
- give teachers the peace of mind that outcomes will be delivered and achieved to a high standard if the teacher is not there
- plan, feedback and assess work to a high standard
- a candidate who is be adaptable, flexible and accommodating; with a natural disposition of being solution focused when faced with barriers and challenges
- the successful candidate must have access to a vehicle in order to be able to travel.
